Please have a look into Getting Started with the Kyma Environment. It links to connecting it to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
SAP S/4HANA On-Prem & SAP S/4HANA Private Edition can be connected via SAP Cloud Integration (sample). Going via the SAP Connectivity Services and Cloud Connector is in the works.
