Issues while accessing the application url of SMP through agentry client

Hi All,

We have SAP Work manager 6.5 application hosted on 3.1 application server.

I am trying to access the application url its working fine in the browser but while accessing the same through the Agentry client application it throws the error "Unable to resolve host".

Can someone assist with this issues?

Thanks for the response.

I have tried tried the app rul which is working in chrome/ other browser. However, the same url is not working in agentry client application where we paste the same app url and sync with the server.

1. Check the application URL and ensure that it is reachable from the Agentry client application.

2. Ensure that the correct credentials are being used to access the application.

3. Test the connectivity from the Agentry client application to the application server.

4. Check the server logs for any errors related to the application URL.

5. Check the network settings to make sure that the correct DNS server is being used.
