issue in long text of TDLINE in STXL table

I am facing issue in long text format for TDLINE in STXL table.

could you please help me with include code to write in SLT system using function module CONVERT_ITF_TO_STREAM_TEXT.

for example i am getting the text like "Mat spec, body <(>&<)> insert/conn ASTM A105 NORMALISED"

having some extra ampersands . Need code for removing the extra ampersands while loading into HANA in SLT include program.
