Inventory Stock data loading from Daily to Weekly

Hi All,

we are trying to load data for Inventory stock values from daily to Weekly (Full Load) to reduce the overall time for the loading.

System Env: BW 7.3

Existing Data Flow:

to reduce the overall time for loading the data we have tried different options which include

  1. Cube to Cube - Data mismatch issue.
  2. Query as InfoProvider - Not suitable for Non-cumulative KF’s
  3. APD - No Change in the data load timings to existing flow

APD Data flow:

  • Data is loaded to the DDSO using APD
  • Data is loaded from DDSO to weekly cube IM_C002 (Infoprovider à Infoprovider) when compared to loading data from Virtual provider to Weekly cube

Note: We have unchecked the inmemory usage and partitioned the data based on plant with data packet size of 1 or 2

Can anyone let me know if there are any options to load the data other than the approaches above or how can we reduce the overall time for loading the data using APD

Hi Madhu,

from my perspective you can follow the guidelines of the documentation if the mentioned cube xxx_C001 (in your screenshot) is a NC-Cube:

If you are working in BW on HANA you should check the following KBA.
