Hi,

In SAP Portal, (SAP HCM) POWL OBN links not opening the pop-up from Business URL (domain). Please refer attached Screenshot.

from SAP Portal, If we want to open the work item from WDA POWL Inbox.

Work item is not opening (nothing happening).

POWL OBN is not opening from URL with domain *.domainTWO.domainONE.com”

https://sap-portal.domainTWO.domainONE.com/irj/portal

Whereas it is working fine with URL with domain (domainONE.com).

https://sap-portal.domainONE.com:50101/irj/portal/

There is difference in the domain of the two URLs.

Information: Recently we have SAP HCM and SAP Portal migrated to Cloud from on-Premise.

The below URL got changed .

Before cloud Migration: https://saphcmweb.domainTWO. domainONE.com/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/IBO_WDA_INBOX

After Migration: https://saphcmweb.domainONE.com/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/IBO_WDA_INBOX

But we have not changed the Portal URL after Cloud Migration: https://sap-portal.domainTWO.domainONE.com/irj/portal

Please support so that we do not get the issues with URL (domainTWO.domainONE.com), https://sap-portal.domainTWO.domainONE.com/irj/portal

We tried below 2 options but the issue is not resolved.

01) In Portal, Clickjacking Whitelist configuration we have added backend system URLs.

02) In the Portal Iview, we maintained Iview Parameter sap-domainRelax=max
