Issue is in BO 4.0 SP2.It can be found in attachments.
Single source connections for oracle and sales force are working fine in the client machine and in the server.
Issue is with multi source connection. When I have created the data foundation layer (Ex: SFORCL.DFX),I am getting the message Qualifiers are not available.
I have attached the multi source connection (failed) and single source connections for sales force and oracle(success).
Could you please help me to find out the real cause?
I can confirm that the article JinChong pointed out is what my clients have used to get MSU working with the DataDirect Connect XE for ODBC Salesforce driver.

Set "supportsCatalog" and "supportsSchema" to false in Data Federation Administrative Tool -> Connector Config Check out SAP KB 1585231 - Multisource Data Foundation problems with more than one generic JDBC connections to JayBird database on http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1585231. Hope this helps, Jin-Chong
