I am an internal user for using SCP WEB IDE service. May I have help to solve the 'HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred. Request: 1505920764 i043440trial:webidecp' problem after deletion and re-creation my sub account?

Hi zhaodong.wang ,

We have seen this behaviour before.

Unfortunately, it seems that something was corrupted during the subscription pahse, when you're enabled the SAP Web IDE Tile in the Cockpit.

What I can suggest is to delete your subaccount and re-create and then try again to subscribe.

Since you have deleted & re-created your sub-account, so, could you check if your Portal Service is running along with your SAP Web-IDE
