How to configure the web server to log the HTTP Headers from the request

I have BOBJ server for SAP 4.2 SP9 and was requested to provide log file for HTTP response headers as I am supporting and providing FSA financial reports. I could not find this log file on location of SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0, need your help please.

Unless you're using a non-default application server, this is really a Tomcat question.  See this page with some information on logging request/response headers.
