Generic Exception Caught in SOAP Channel in SAP PO

Hello,

In our PO 7.5 (latest patch) system we are facing same errors in several SOAP Receiver Channel (Outbound).

Error description: Processing failed due to generic exception.

Somehow, it is not impacting the processing. after 1-2 retry messages are getting processed.

But we are not able to figure out the Issue which is causing failure.

All the impacting channel are not connected to a single server, in simple endpoints are for channels are from different target system. (Issue is not with receiving side).

additional information:

- In our PO environment we have increase the thread count of SOAP adapter.

Can you please share the detailed error log please. Either by using xpi Inspector or go to http://<host>:<port>/rwb

I would look into this by means of XPI Inspector (Exampl 50 - Choose a channel that is affected)
