Form content is not displaying in Approver My Inbox in SAP BTP Workzone

Hi Team,

With help of Business Process Automation(free Plan) I have created a work flow and submitted a form for approval. The task triggerd and went for correct apporver, but approver was unable to see the form in My Inbox in SAP Workzone.

Can someone help me on this.

Is it SAP BTP Workzone Standard or Advaced edition?

If it is SAP BTP Workzone standard edition, please refer to the tutorial

Thanks for your comment, we are using SAP BTP Workzone Advance edition with standard plan.
