when i send a message from Customer SOLMAN to our VAR SOLMAN an error shows up:

External system SDB 27 rejected the call

Message no. SOLMAN_ICT012


External system SDB 27 rejected the call.

System Response

Error code: 13 (SOLMAN_ICT038,46)

Error details:

The system ID is unknown

I created the system in both SOLMAN with the same ID, can anyone tell me what is the reason of these error message?

Hello Paul,

thanks for your reply. I did configure both interfaces with a succesfull check and defualt value mapping. Did i miss something?

Hi Marcos,

Please note that the Solution Manager interface is bi-directional (the

messages can be exchanged in both ways) and that it is therefore

necessary to configure the interface in both systems. Especially,

Systems can be added via transaction ICTCONF. You need to define the interface on both systems.

The error indicates you have just defined it one way. It needs to be a two way interface.
