EWA Not generating in SMP?

Hello Friends,

  We have SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0 which has End of Mainstream Maintenance from 12/31/2013. The EWA reports were not generating in SMP(Service market place) from last two weeks for our environment. Still we dint upgrade to SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1, We are planing to do this upgrade on next week. Why EWA is not generating in SMP ? Due to this end of maintenance? Please help us Friends.

HI,

I dont think that this might be the cause of it but would like you to check the release SP of your solution manager as er the below note.

The EWA data is collected in the source system and processed at SAP. This service data is collected in using the Service Data Control Center (SDCCN) and afterwards it is provided to you as an EarlyWatch-Alert-Report in the Service Marketplace as a Word document.

Can you check the satellite system that the data has been passed to solution manager and solution manager has passed to SMP.

Have you checked that the RFC to SAP are working fine..
