Dear sso community,
this note :
>2025528 - (Limited Support for) more than one concurrent SNC_LIB
describes how sap sso and older f.ex. ntlm systems can both work from the same workstation. For NTLM the procedure is to change on the server from p:[old_string] to p/sapntlm:[old_string] and then the new value is used also from sapgui to connect. Is there any way that you know in this scenario to avoid changing the sap server, and to force using the old product specifier(such as sapntlm) for the old systems ?Would be handy if this could be specified on the client side to avoid any server changes.Rgds, Eirikur. The SNC name with the prefix p/ntlm or p/krb5 can also be stored in the SAP Logon; it does not necessarily have to be set on the backend as snc/identity/as. This is only mandatory for login groups but not for individual server entries.
