I have resolved the Problem by myself. Distribution Monitor uses the Migration Monitor for export and import. After finishing the prepare mode of Distribution Monitor you can find the configuration files for the Migration Monitor for every used server in the subdirectory <commDir>/<hostname>. The cofiguration files are called export_monitor_cmd.properties and import_monitor_cmd.properties. I don't know what's the difference between the two similar sounding parameters impJobNum and jobNum. I always change both to the same value.
After starting the DM in export mode the above mentioned config files are copied to the local DM start directory. From this moment on you can change the number or R3load processes in the config files of this local directory.
