default 'Create' 'Delete' links in Fiori App for CAP is available

Hi Experts,

I am creating a CAP Application in Business application Studio. I have created a simple entity and am creating the Fiori based List Report Object page using the 'Create MTA module from template' option. I notice that the default Create, Update, Delete buttons which should appear ideally on the screen is not available.

If I add the annotation 'annotate service.Abc with @odata.draft.enabled', the buttons appear. I am not interested in draft enablement for my entity. Is there any mandatory step that should be done in order to get the default buttons?
