HI,
We have completed Initial Package for Time based Reduction from our Central System (Solution Manager). We have given the Selection date as (1.4.2011) from which the data should be copied from our sender (PRD) to Receiver system (QUA). But when we checked in our receiver system we are able to see the data of 2009,2010 and even 2006 data. Please anybody knows how come the previous data are also available in the receiver system.
Note: It doesn't copy the entire table data from sender system but some table entries datas are available.
I have another question..when doing ERP initial package for Time based and company code reduction. whether it deletes the entire data in the receiver client or it will delete the particular company code in the receiver system and replace with the selected company code (from sender system).
Thanks,

In order to maintain consistency and integerity of important business processes TDMS also cosniers the flow documents which may fall outside your From date . Eg. You have a billing document on 1.4.2011 but this billing document was created against a Sales order and the sales order was again created with reference to a PO which was created in 2006.
This is done via Fill headers.

For consistency reasons , complete client data will be deleted .
