Hello,
We are using cslibu-2-0-0.dll in an windows services which calculates some data and export same to PDF format using the capabilities of Crystal Library.
In production environment, we are seeing below mentioned crash Intermittently in EventViewer when the service runs:

We are using Windows Server 2012 R2 Data-center.
Is there any known issue with this version?
Do we have any solution to prevent the crash from happening.
Any help\suggestions on this is really appreciated.

CR 11.0 has been out of support for 10+ years, it has never been tested on any OS higher than 2000 or so.
You can try CR 11.5 from here:
