Hi!
I have a simple SQL query which returns a list of Suppliers in alphabetical order.
I want to display 2 (or more rows) in 1 line in Crystal Report 2008 like this:
Supplier Supplier
--------- ----------
Supplier 1 Supplier 2
Supplier 3 Supplier 4
Supplier 4 Supplier 5
... ...
Can anybody suggest how I can do this in Crystal Reports?
Thanks

Hi Leon,
Here's what you need to do:
1) Go to Section Expert and select the Detail Section
2) Go to the Common tab > Check Format with Multiple Columns
3) Go to the Layout tab in the same window > Set the Width and choose the Printing Direction as Across then Down
