Hello Community,
I am facing the following issue with establishing a connection using a RestReceiver. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the certificate. The following error is appearing:
ChainVerifier: EC signed SHA256withRSA server certificate server certificate not capable for ECDHE_ECDSA key exchange algorithm!
ChainVerifier: EC signed SHA256withRSA server certificate server certificate not capable for ECDHE_ECDSA key exchange algorithm!
There is an SAP note regarding this matter. It explains:
"Contact the administrators of the target server to create a certificate signed with the ECDSA encryption algorithm."
3057117 - Peer-Zertifikat von ChainVerifier abgelehnt - EC-signiertes SHA256withRSA-Serverzertifikat...
However, are there any other solutions available?
On the internet, it is mentioned that it is indeed possible to use a SHA256withRSA signature with the ECDHE_ECDSA key exchange algorithm.
Do you have any insights?
I would greatly appreciate your input.
Best Regards,
Mohammad
