Cannot log in to runtime workbench > alert configuration

I am trying to configure alerts.

But in the RWB, I am unable to login to "alert configuration"

It asks me for my username/pwd but it says that the user is incorrect.

I am sure there is no typo while entering the user/pwd (neither is the user locked) (I logged in to the GUI and IR/ID successfully).

I am also able to access other areas of RWB (such as component monitoring).

If this is an authorization problem, can anyone please tell me which authorization object I need for this?

Hi,

If you are Unable to open the AlertInbox means

Activate

RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES in transaction SE38.

Check for the following roles for ur user

SAP_ALM_ADMINISTRATOR - Alert Management Administrator

SAP_ALM_CUSTOMIZER - Alert Management: Role for Customizing

SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER

Check service

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/alertinbox

run above program would give u the status

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
