Cannot import packages APIAccessFactory and MessageLogger.How to fix this?

I need to debug one of the Adapter modules for that I have imported the ejb jar, but i cannot find few of the imports used in the Source Code.

I have checked the SAP https://help.sap.com/doc/javadocs_pi_pi711/7.1.1.2/en-US/com/sap/engine/interfaces/messaging/api/Pu... and found PublicAPIAccessFactory instead.

I am currently using NWDS version 7.3- EHP1.
