First of all you can't host your bot over LinkedIn, because neither LinkedIn provide that functionality nor SAP support standard channel or connector. May be in future it will be possible but yes you can host your bot in other channel like Facebook messenger, telegram etc. Regarding building chat bot for fieldglass yes it is possible fieldglass have soap as well as rest api which you can call from your node.js based express application and that can be used as webhook for skill fullfilment.
