I am trying to install BOXIR 3.1 in SunOS box, but no much luck at the moment.

When I add the BusinessObjects Enterprise Product Keycode the following message is shown:

    • Invalid Product Keycode ** (STU00035)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Usualy, if the Key is actualy valid, this happens if some OS libraries are missing or are at unsupported patch levels.

Make sure your Solaris has all required patches.

To validate license key - Open support Incident with Support.

Hi,

Hope this is sorted now. If not, there is a note reg this.

You need to do a

chmod -R +x .

from the directory where you have the install.sh script.

This gives +x permission to all files and then it worked for me.
