BOR Objects to Event Mesh

Hey experts, good day!

I'm trying to expose to Event Mesh some customer changes using "Connection and Replication Object Customizing" the idea is to have +3 queues and each of them with specific customer changes. This case is Card Payment.

and am using this BOR BUS1186001 Object with "Assigned" event. However, when I assign a card to a customer, nothing happens, I've tried to enhance but nothing is working. I've set up some break point to the program and FM but no result.

I was wondering if it's allowed to use "Assigned" event, because when I've tried different BOR with "Change" is working. Also I could't find any document with this explanation.

Does any have any idea or suggestion to approach with different solution? Otherwise I'll try to call Class instead of BOR
