BEx Explorer(Analyzer) can't start in win 10

Hi , Please help me with this issue. I installed Windows10 on my laptop. Installed SAP GUI 740. but, when I start BEx  Analyzer. It does not start. When I start BEx  Query Designer，it works well.

Other Versions：Office 2019 PRO 32位，Bw 7.0

Hi Serena,

Are you working with Microsoft Excel 64 bits?

As you can see in note 2151942, MS Office 64 bit versions are NOT supported for BEx tool. Only Excel/Office 32 bit is supported.

Microsoft Office 2019 / Visio 2019

Microsoft Office 2019 and Microsoft Visio 2019 are supported as of SAP GUI for Windows 7.50 Patch Level 8 (and as of SAP GUI for Windows 7.60).

Note that this statement refers only to the SAP Desktop Office Integration that is a part of SAP GUI for Windows. Other SAP technologies that interact with Microsoft Office perform their own releases for Office 2019.

So you should be OK. From the Windows Start Menu -> SAP Business Intelligence and open there. But you are using really old versions on Windows 10. Consider upgraing MS Office and SAP GUI.
