Bearing in mind, I'm an SAP user but not technically.
I have an issue around options for automation and need to see what is possible.
We deliver products electronically and my ideal world scenario is;
- Software is delivered to a customer via email
- SAP is copied on email (we currently use this for some GR transactions)
- Receipt of this email triggers attachment of the email to an SO in the subject line, release of SO, autolaunch and PGI
Is any of this possible before I go and ask our SAP techs? We are on an old version of SAP but due to upgrade in the next 12 months
