Attachment Opportunity

Hi all,

I'm working with SAP CRM 5.0

I have a problem with the attachment in the BSP.

In my case I go to Attachment tab in the BSP, I add document and it's showed. If I save the transaction, the document is manteined in the specific field of BSP. There is a problem when I click on the document, because the system seems to work but it doesn't open the document. I checked and I'm sure it's an error of program. Does Anybody know what's the note I need to implemented to solve this problem?

it seems to be a common problem in CRM 5.0. Please open a OSS Message to get a solution.

Are you using standard BSP Appl to add the attachments or custom one?

I'm using a standard BSP and I don't know what's the FM in use.
