This Document explains how update password of 3000 crystal reports all at once .

There are 3 utilities which can do this

1)Schedule Manager

2)APOS Burst Manager.

3) Rpt Inspector by Re-crystallize

The best once is Schedule Manager as it is free and easy to install.

Schedule Manager is used to change datasource for multiple crystal reports at one go.

You can refer to the following SAP Note for reference:

1309120 - How to access Schedule Manager in XI3.1

The information given in the Note is as follows:

Pre Installation :

Symptom

In Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) XI Release 2, customers could access Schedule Manager from the Adminlaunch Page. This allows them to change data source for multiple crystal reports from one click. In BOE XI Release 3.0 and 3.1, we don't see this tool in CMC and we don't have a Url to access this tool.

Environment

BOE XI Release 3.0

BOE XI Release 3.1

Resolution

Schedule Manager is not part of BusinessObjects XI 3.x. A sample application similar to BusinessObjects R2 Schedule Manager can be deployed to Tomcat as a separate war file. The war file can be downloaded from

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/80af7965-8bdf-2b10-fa94-bb21833f...

Once downloaded, here are the steps to deploy it :

1. Copy the war file to c:\Program Files\Business Objects\deployment\workdir\tomcat55\application and rename it to ScheduleManager.war

2. Create a XML file ScheduleManager.xml at \Tomcat55\conf\Catalina\localhost with the line from the example below

3. Now open a browser and access Schedule Manager from http://[server/ Name]:[port]/ScheduleManager

For example in ScheduleManager.xml, adjust the docBase for your system if different (this should be a single line):

<Context docBase="C:\Program Files\Business Objects\deployment\workdir\tomcat55\application\ScheduleManager.war" path="/ScheduleManager" debug="0" reloadable="false" crossContext="false" trusted="false"/>

Post Installation:

Type the Url that points to the schedule manager and login with your credentials got to the crystal report documents click all goto login info and change passwords you can also change user names from this tool.

Thanks
