PR / PO created for FERT, is affecting the MRP run

Dear Experts

For a Finished material, with procurement type E, the procurement team has raised PR and PO of total 8 pcs . Due to this , the system identifies no material shortage, therefore , even though the PIR is created for 2 pcs , the system is unable to create planned orders.

The material needs to be corrected to procurement type X. However , we seek to ensure that the PR and PO, do not interfere with the Planned independent requirement, specifically for this material .

If you don't want this PR/PO to be relevant to MRP, perhaps you should use a storage location MRP area to plant it separately.
