Planned Order Process-( PP -EWM Integration)

Hallo All,

I am testing Planned order Process. When i do the MRP Run the system has created a Planned order. I had also maintained control cycle for Components (3000090,3000091, 3000092)  of Main material(1000050).  In the control cycle i maintained Staging Indicator as 3 (Release Order Parts).  i had followed the steps mentioned in the following blog.

 My Production and AFS storage location are EWM managed in a single Warehouse. 

While Executing MF60 when i click on stage the status of material is not changed to green and  the save option is not available as mentioned in the blog. There is no outbound delivery is created. i had checked in SLG1 for any log error, but no logs are created.
I do not understand what i am missing. I request you please guide me to solve this issue. 

i really appreciate you help if you provide detailed configuration guide and process to execute Planned Order in PP-EWM integration.

Hello,

Find attached details regarding process flow with release order parts , in both the cases manufacturing order should be released for EWM to create documents

looks like planned orders do not create documents  in EWM , they should be converted in to production orders and then released for the system to create documents in EWM

Hi Khan, Thank you very much for sharing the links. In my case the Product is manufactured by using Repetitive Manufacturing with Two EWM managed Storage location(AFS & Production) in a single Warehouse. So i cant not convert the Planned order into Production Order. But in the links you shared i found the process begins with Production order. Following is the Blog i found to execute the Repetitive manufacturing with Planned order. But as i mentioned above While Executing MF60 when i click on STAGE the status of material is not changed to green and the save option is not available. Do you have any other thoughts or information to execute this process, please do share. Thank you
