We are integrating S/4HANA service management to FSM using the DRF option and the standard content in Cloud Integration (SAP S/4HANA Integration with SAP Field Service Management version 2020.1).
When sending a Service Order using iflow Replicate Service Order from SAP S4HANA to SAP Field Service Management SOAP, we get a 400 HTTP error passed back to Cloud Integration from FSM with the following details:
{"type":"error://resource-is-not-valid","title":"Argument validation failed (argument=createServiceCallRequest)","detail":"is invalid UUID []. It should contain 32 hexadecimal digits without hyphens."}
I checked the messages and indeed, the UUID field is a UUID with hyphens. Is this a mapping/transformation that should be done in the standard integration, or is there some change we need to do in either Cloud Integration or the underlying S/4HANA system?
Hello Jonathan, have you been able to solve this? I have the similar error response.
