IBP: Cannot login to Excel add-in

Hello,

When trying to login IBP excel, it is showing a windows pop up asking for its credentials. even with right credentials, it's not working. IBP web login is working. Not sure what could be the reason?

I went through the OSS notes "2482649 - IBP: Cannot login to Excel add-in - getting Windows Security pop up dialog box" but this is not helpful in my case as IBP and SCI user ID's are same.

Can someone please help me to identify the rootcasue for this error?

Hello BK,

Can you please let us know if you found solution to this problem?

We are also facing same error and we are not logging in for the first time, this error is coming suddenly after using IBP for long time and facing only with us not with business users

is this the first time you log in? If yes, first log in to web ui before you try excel.

If that is not the case, did you try to clear the cache?

How do you know that you have the right credentials, did you get a notification mail or credentials by mail?

You really need to provide more information in order to help you...
