In process of preparing a access [ which role ?, which group ? etc...] matrix which captures access details for SAP IBP [ new implementation ].

Please share any available matrix which can be reviewed or what should access matrix contain.

The best approach is to prepare the matrix based on SAP best practice user management, which includes the following steps.

1. Business users creation
2. Business catalogs
3. Business roles
4. Authorization segregation (Global, Regional planners for supply, demand and operational planning)
5. Organizational requirements
