Good day Gurus,
I have an issue of user when try to create a shopping cart in SRM portal is getting the below error.
There user was deleted in the system due to not using the system for a period of 90 days and now is created again in SU01, now the problem it in SRM system,
The old user is still the in the system (SRM structure) but it just a skeleton as it can't do anything as it was deleted.
So now I want to link the old user with the new user that is created on SU01 without generating it using USERS_GEN,
If I use USERS_GEN the will be a duplicate of the user in the system. It will be the old user and the new user.
Anyone with an idea on how to deal with this issue
