Send SRM Service Contracts to R/3

Hello

I have difficulties to transfer SRM services contracts into R/3.

I'm using condition field in SRM (PRS Condition) but i can't to be correct calculated in R/3.

The Contract came to R/3 with the correct services and prices (ESLL-TBTWR) But in the Item line the contract field NETPR is blank, if i make any modification in the service price itens the fiels NETPR is updated. How i can solved this? Is there a note for this?

Hi Muthu..

The Both Notes are implemented. Is there other note for this?

I'm searching in SAP, but I can't find.

Hi Gustavo,

This note is worth looking for your issue. It only modify net value

Note 1034192 - ALE distribution:Target value of contract not transferred.

I raised an OSS message to SAP on this issue and they replied me saying....

This is a missing functionality from the SRM side

until now there is no possibility for sending the

PB00 at the service item level as the hierrachy is

not maintained and supported in SRM.

As the PRS condition is passed correctly and the

netpr value is also correct the contract created

is still usable without any problem,just that when

the contract is viewed from the backend the item will

not show the value.~

I moved out of that project and later did not follow that OSS note.....I feel that Call off will not create any issue as the field NETPR which you are mentioning is stored in the table in R/3 or ECC side so when you go in change mode ,it become visible....Just try some call off and analyse your problem again...
