SAP SRM - Central Contract Management

Hi,

A Central contract of quantity based is created in SAP SRM in purchaser login and released for 10 quantity. Created a shopping cart for 11 quantity for same contract. Shopping cart is created and approved by manager for 11 quantity. PO is created and status is SAVED and getting error while doing check in PO  -- Line 1: Target quantity 10 EA of contract item exceeded by 1 EA

We need to get the same error while we create shopping cart and SC should not be created for quantity more than the contract.

Can you pls suggest me the solution for this?

Hi Ravi,

In the check badi  BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI , you can check the item details to see the contract number and then you can compare the quantity of the contract to that of the item and if it exceeds in the item then show an error message.
