Hello,
When is possible to use direct connectivity between S/4 HANA and Fieldglass and when middleware SCPI is necessary? How does it work exactly?

Please give some hint.
Anna
Hello Anna,
There are multiple scenario for Fieldglass and S/4HANA Integration, 1. Supplier Invoice Verification Integration - Where from Fieldglass you post supplier invoice in this integration business process is pretty simpler employee normally get onboarded directly after work order approval and supplier acceptance there is no PR and PO is required. This integration you can have as direct as well as CPI you can use middlewire. I would prefer direct in this case if you are just having standard integration not extending anything custom.
2. Fieldglass Supplier Invoice Integration with PR-PO where PR and PO get created in S/4HANA after work order approval in this case for PR-PO piece you need CPI. But rest of the flow you can have direct integration. Also if you want to integrate Service Entry sheet in this scenario you have t use CPI.
And Any customization if you want in this integration always better to use CPI for that, so your core will be clean.
Regards,
Sudip
