Renewal Reminder Date-Message

Hi

I set yesterday date(30.06.2015) as Renewal Reminder Date in my master agrrement ,but I did not get any reminder message.

Can somebody throw light for this issue ,please?

Hello,

If I remember correctly Renewal Reminder messages are processed at midnight on the respective day. So, assuming that email configuration is OK and not deleting the messages, you can test by setting the reminder date to the next day, and the email will be sent out at midnight (server time).

Hi,

Mail Config:

Setup -> System Setup -> Mail Configurations -> (your company config) -> Master Agreement Renewal Reminder

Also you can check:

Setup -> System Administration -> Processed Messages (it will show either Sent or Deleted depending on the config)

'processed message status' shows 'failed'.How to rectify this problem? Any tips,please?

You need to check the log files for that time period to see exactly why it failed.
