PO Release Strategy

We are a mid-sized company and have several hundred unique PO Requisition Release Strategies containing named users assigned to each Cost Center and Profit Center. The maintenance is killing us especially as the changes have to be migrated through the change process.

Any suggestions on a better way to manage this?

It's as if every prisoner has his own guard. Not sure if you can change this environment of personalized monitoring.

You need to get the commitment from your business managers to change this and to get a project to completely redesign the release strategy from scratch.
