Dear Prajwal,
I am hoping that you are looking for SAP Fieldglass In-App Assistant. If yes, please refer to the technical document.
A company configuration is required to enable this feature. Once enabled, users can access the chatbot by signing in to the SAP Fieldglass application and clicking the Assistant icon on the application's header bar.
As Fieldglass is a SaaS product and company configuration access is not given outside the SAP product owner level. Please either get in touch with your client partner enablement team or raise an L4 ticket for enabling the feature in your client's tenant.
