Fill in data in Backend system in SRM 7.0

Dear All,

I have requirement to do mass update of Fill In user for 5000 users, I am not find where Manage Substitution Rules of Fill in Users Table data is updated  in the Backsystem , Please provide inputs here.

I have tried FMs SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN, RH_UPDATE_SUBST_LIST_SERVER for this requirement, Here i am able to update with option of Receives my tasks, not able to update with Fill In option

Hi,

I'm not sure, what is Fill In option.

But try the table HRUS_D2 - it's a Workflow substitution.
