Contract Terms for Guided Buying

what are the best practices for the contract terms creation for guided buying, when the supplier have a main agreement and different branches are delivering for different countries.

in system it's only allowed to create multiple contracts, one for each supplier profile for each country, however it is vey time consuming to replicate and to maintain same contract item and pricing for different contracts, especially that copying the contract terms document from one contract workspace to another is not permissiable.

the final goad is to populate a catalog subscription from the contract terms items, and to be used in Guided buying area.

can anyone who have the same case share their experience?
