CLM User Account Update via CSV-File

Hello experts,

we have to change plain text emails into html mails for more than 7.000 users. I think the best way is to mass update all user accounts by using a csv-file. I used the csv-template on "Import Data" and filled in the required data I assumed. As soon as I try to import no data will be changed in the User Account Settings and I get this error message as follows:

I'm not sure if I miss something. On the one hand I assume I need the enterprise user to change user account settings but on the other hand I'm able to change user account setting manually. This confuses me.

In my opinion these 4 entries in the csv-file are mandatory:

I'm pretty sure there is someone who can help me

Best regards,
Heiko

Hi Heiko,

You don't need enterprise user for this activity. You are just missing the security profile for 'Import' on user accounts, for the user you are executing the import with.

Hello Bogdan,

thanks for this. I forgot about the possibility to change the settings in the security profile. This explains why I don't have the permission to do this.

Have a nice weekend

Best regards,
Heiko
