Attachment in mobile application is not accessible for supplier

Dear team,

Our client has implemented DSN module...!!!
But while Checking event through mobile application Supplier enable to open Attachment through mobile application.

Supplier can able to see file name which has been sent to DMS server but could not able to open it.

kindly suggest what need to be done..

Hello,

Buyer has created PO> after that they attached signed PO copy in Purchase order by editing PO,

Now supplier able to create "Order confirmation" , while doing "OC" supplier tried to open Attachment in mobile application....but he unable to open that attachment (supplier able to see attachment name but unable to open that attachment).

So kindly suggest what need to be done to resolve this issue.

Please provide login/password of your supplier account to dsn4partners@sap.com.

please also provide PO number

we will check from our side if we are also facing the same issue
