Ariba: GR not created from Ariba Guided buying

Hi Team,

In SAP system, I am not seeing GR number created when sent from Ariba. Kindly let me know what could be the issue or where can I see the error. There is no error message in transaction tracker.

Steps followed:

1.We are creating PR from Guided buying followed by a PO which created automatically.

2.Then we are doing Order confirmation, followed by GR creation in Ariba.

3.In SRT_MONI interface is showing as successful for GR creation. But no GR in EKBE table.

It looks like a backend GR creation issue. Can a GR be created manually (transaction MIGO)? I would also check transaction SOAMANAGER for error messages

Thank you for your response. The issue was related to GL account.
