Archiving of Central Purchase Requisitions (S4HANA Public Cloud)

Dear experts,

Does anyone already have the requirement to archive Central PRs in the HUB system? And can share experiences?

One of our customers (it has CP on S4 Public Cloud) has the requirement to archive central PRs. One of the prerequisites for archiving is that the PR items are either flagged for deletion or marked as closed. Unfortunately, central requests cannot be changed in the hub so that the "Closed" flag can be set manually, for example. And for this reason the archiving process gets interrupted.

Any ideas are more than appreciated.
