I have been an sap end user for 5 yrs and now in SAP/IT as a  consultant for the two yrs. Pls guide on how to go about for SAP FI certification, at City Chennai / India. Also online preparation material

In the first place, you need contact SAP Education, India, they would evaluate your candidature whether you can write direct exam.

SAP Certification Materials are copyrighted materials and not for free distribution. You may need to subscribe for SAP Learning Hub to get the access to the SAP Certification Materials.
