EA-APPL 110 to EA-APPL 200 (EA- Retail - Complaint Processing)

Dear Gurus,

our current system is IDES SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x110 (EA-Retail)

EA-APPL 110 0000

EA-RETAIL 110 0000

PI 2002_1_470 0000

PI_BASIS 2002_1_620 0000

SAP ABA 620 0000

SAP APPL 470 0000

SAP BASIS 620 0000

we are trying to implement complaint processing which is new feature in SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x200

any one know how to do it ?

is it we need to do upgrade or we just need to install new add in release (EA-APPL 200) ?

or is any one know wether is it possible or not to implement complaint processing in EA-APPL 110 ? (is it possible to do it by upgrading the patch level only)

please help..
