unable to edit my email address

Hi,

  currently i am trying to change my email id  under the option change email address, the system is not amending the changes made.

giving imformation as that it is used by the other user.

i want to change my email address to rkvelu1980@gmail.com

That eMail address is already being used on another (duplicate) SCN account.  You'll need to contact sapnetwork@sap.com to resolve this offline.
