Any idea why SAP support would throttle downloads?
Strange issue here: We have two clients, both with fast 200Mbps fibre lines but one of them is experiencing very slow download speeds from SAP support (averaging around 70kbps!). The same files are being downloaded (patches) on both sides. We have tested direct downloads via a browser and via the SAP Download Manager...same thing!
It is as if one of the network connections is being throttled by SAP? Does this happen?
